Try these homemade paste to stay younger and slow down aging

Banana

1) Banana is considered as one of the best anti-ageing fruits. They are loaded with magnesium and other rich nutrient which helps our body to stay healthy. They contains anti oxidants which helps our body from free radicals which cause premature ageing. It is widely available fruits and can be found in every nook and corner in India. It is very popular in many countries and known for inexpensive fruits. You can make a mixture of 1 Banana (Mash it), rose water (1 tea spoon) and honey (1 teaspoon). Mix it well till you get the thick as well as smooth paste. Apply this on your face and let it rest for 15-20 minutes. Then wash it off with cool water.

Olive Oil

2)Olive oil helps us in premature ageing. Olive oil acts as an antioxidant and when applied to skin it can also moisturize dry skin. Make a mixture of 1 table spoon of Olive oil and one table spoon of Lemon juice and then apply the same on your face. Keep it for 10 minutes. Wash it with water. This method will help you in preventing the wrinkles.

Cucumber

3)Cucumber is loaded with collagen friendly Vitamin C which is a anti oxidant and also it is loaded with Vitamin A which is anti ageing fighter. They are known as anti wrinkle agent and protecting our skin from ageing. It is also loaded with other nutrient like magnesium, potassium and Vitamin E. It has lots of water content. Hence you will find it in many beauty products which are available in market. You can cut cucumber slice and keep the same on your eyes. Make cucumber juice and mix it with few drops of honey. Now you can apply this as Face Mask.

Yogurt

4)Yogurt is loaded with lots of health benefits. It is loaded with calcium, protein and vitamin D. It has lactic acid a natural alpha hydroxyl acid which helps smooths the skin.  Make a mixture which will contain 2 spoon of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 table spoon of honey, and one fourth spoon of turmeric. You can also cut the tip of Vitamin E capsule and gently put the oil in the mixture. Mix it well and apply the same on your face. Leave it for 15-20 minutes. Wash it with warm water. You will see for yourself that your skin has been hydrated and you will feel fresh too. Yogurt goes in the pores and tightens the skin.

Ginger

5)Ginger is one of the most common ingredient found in kitchen. Ginger has an anti oxidant which will help you preserve your skin collagen.  You can have ginger tea or you can make ginger extract and dip a cotton ball and apply the same all around your face. Keep this for 15-20 seconds and then wash it with water. It will make your skin glow and keep ageing at bay. Ginger is rich in antioxidant known as gingerol which helps in collagen breakdown.

Papaya

6)Papaya is good for anti ageing and skin lightening fruit. You need to take half ripe fruit and make a paste of it. To make this paste you can add little water in to it. Apply this paste to your face. Let it be for 10 minutes. Wash it off with warm water. Papaya has rich enzyme called papain that removes dead cells and clean skin impurities. It also makes skin elasticity and helps in regenerating new cells. If you want to make your skin firm and wrinkle free then this must be your should fruit.

Mix Vegetables

7)Take one vessel and boil one carrot and one potato and chop them into small pieces. Mash them to form a smooth paste then add a pinch of turmeric and baking soda. Mix well with some water to obtain a smooth paste. Apply all over the face and keep for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Since carrots are a rich source of vitamin A it will help in boosting the collagen production in the skin. It prevents wrinkles, thus giving a youthful glow to your face.
