Backache is a small sting in your back and which goes away after a brief period of time. Though it is a common problem but one must not ignore it as it might get complicated at later stage. The reason can be categorized as travelling, stressful life, lifting heavy products at once. Though Backache are not life threatening but if not taken care it might go to cronic stage.
Below are the few home remedies to cure it:-
You can add 10-12 Tulsi Leaves (Basil) to 1 cup of water and then boil it till the water evaporates till half. Let it cool down and then strain it. Add a pinch of black salt and drink it. Try to drink this daily.
Slice ginger into thin pieces. Put in vessel and add 2 cups of water. Boil the water in low heat for 8-10 minutes. Leave it to cool till it reaches room temperature. Strain it and drink it. For taste you can add honey to it.
Boil a milk with a pinch of turmeric and add 1 tablespoon of honey in it. Try to have it when it’s hot. Have it everyday as it is beneficial for cold and cough as well.
While making tea one should add ginger to it. It helps in lower the chances of backache.
Fill a water bag with hot water in it and put it on back supported by cushion. This heat treatment will recover backache.
Early morning massage your back with mustard oil and then take hot water bath. Make sure after applying oil wait for 30 mins or 1 hour and then take bath.
Put coconut oil in small vessel add camphor to it and boil it for 6-7 minutes. Let it cool down and when it has reached an room temperature, store it in bottle. Massage your back with this mixture before going to sleep. You can do it 2 times a week.
Do the above home remedy for your backache. But if the pain persist or continue for long time then do take an appointment of doctor without fail.
