No matter what you had in afternoon but when the clock hand touches 5 in evening. Your stomach will start rumbling and you will start craving for something to fill up your stomach. You should take into consideration not to eat unhealthy snacks at this point of time but also should be able to satisfy your hunger pangs. If you don’t eat snacks you will tend to overeat at night which will be bad for your health. As everyone know evening snacks are always unhealthy one so here are the below healthy snacks mentioned below to satisfy your hunger.

Nuts

Nuts:-Nuts are one of most preferred snacks and are also called super foods. One can have nuts like almonds, walnut or pistachios but see to it that you should not eat too much. Alternatively you can also opt for chia seed, flaxseed, sesame seed or pumpkin seeds as seeds are great source of protein and can be easily stored for a longer period.

Boiled eggs:-Boiled eggs are great snacks to have as they have great source of protein. They are readily available. For taste one can add salt and pepper on it for added taste. One can have 2 eggs in evening.

Oatmeals:- you can keep a bunch of packets of instant plain oatmeal in your office drawer. Just add hot water in a mug and add oats also you can sprinkle cinnamon it. It is very healthy snack to have as it is slow to digest so you would feel full for a longer period.

They are prepared from rice soaked with black lentil overnight and then ferment it after grinding.  Later they are shaped in special type of vessel and they are made by steaming it. Idlis are rich in carbohydrates, protein, enzymes, amino acid and fiber. By eating 4 idli’s you can get around 350-400 of calories. There are various forms of idlis like rava, besan and raggi.
