Also there will be reduced risk of disease as you have changed the way you eat, exercise, good nutrition & plentiful of sleep which are the basic for best health.

A healthy body leaves you fit, energetic, help maintain a healthy weight, improves mood and at reduced risk for disease, based on the choices you make about your daily habits. Good nutrition, daily exercise and adequate sleep are the foundations for continuing good health.
Stress which is now part of our life but you should know how to manage it instead of thinking of releasing the stress in other way like smoking or drinking alcohol which will lead to temporary complication like memory loss. It can also lead to long term losses which are irreversible.
