Everyone dream of having a silky and lustrous hair. This beliefs is not only limited only to girls but boys too. But due to travel, weather, and stress it has effect on our hair. And top of it we try to use expensive products which give our desired result but only for limited period. You don’t need to go to expensive parlous or invest heavily on products. You can make this happen with some simple home remedy and with simple ingredient which are available in our own house. And going natural is an excellent remedy for having a smooth, silky, dandruff free and gorgeous hair. Causes of poor hair

Hair loss does not happen overnight. There happens to some kind of trigger which leads to it. It can happen because of:-

-Surgery, illness or mental or physical stress like child birth

-hormones changes especially for women

-chemicals used as many have started using scented products on hair

-infection on scalp

Natural homemade remedy for lustrous hair

Coconut Milk

1)Coconut milk is good for long hairs. Since coconut milk contains the entire necessary nutrient which are required for healthy hair. Apply coconut milk on scalp and let it overnight. Or you can apply the coconut milk on scalp and massage it for 5 minutes. After 30-40 minutes you can wash it out with water. Coconut milk will boost your hair growth and hair follicles.

2)Make a mixture of Aloe vera gel (4 table spoon), Olive oil (4 table spoon), and Honey (1 teaspoon). Make your hair little wet and then apply this mixture on your hair. Wrap towel or some cloth or you can put shower cap. Let it stay for full 3 hours then you can wash it with shampoo.

3) Chick pea powder or Besan can be used for natural hair protector, hair strengtheners. You can mix Chickpea powder with 1 tablespoon of curd or 1 cup of coconut milk. Mix it well and apply the same to your scalp or to roots of your hair. Leave it for 30 minutes and then rinse it off with water. Chickpea flour or Curd makes your hair clean but also the protein which is present will make your hair strong.

4)Citric acid which is present in Lemon acts as an natural bleach. Lemon is helpful in removing residues which are built up by using chemical laden products and are useful for scalp. It is useful for removing bad odors.  If there is excess oil production in scalp then lemon will help you. It cleans the scalp and restores the pH levels. One need to fill up the bottle with half of water and mix with it lemon juice also you can add your favorite conditioner and before applying shake it and apply on your hair.

5)Flax seeds are very helpful for stronger hair roots, follicles and scalp. They are very rich in minerals, calcium, and magnesium. They have rich source of Omega-3 fatty acid which is beneficial for our hairs. It not only strengthens our hair but also make it long and shiny. You can heat flax seed in bowel for few seconds. Massage this to your scalp. Then wrap around your head with hot towel. Cover the same for 20 minutes. It will help circulation in your head thus promoting good hair growth.

6)Make Banana mixture by taking 2 bananas in bowl cut it in small pieces and then add 2 teaspoon of honey, 5 tablespoon of Aloe Vera gel and finally add 3 spoon of coconut oil. Put them in mixer and make a paste out of it. Then apply this paste on hair. And let it sit for 25-30 minutes. Wash the hair and you can see the result yourself.  Banana contains potassium, oils and carbohydrates and vitamins which will soften our hair and protect their elasticity.

7)Honey is one of the most natural hair conditioner and it nourishes our hair. Honey is rich in minerals and has antioxidants, antibacterial property. You can mix honey with hot water as it mixes well in hot water. Or you can mix with it apple cider vinegar and apply this mixture to the scalp. Let it rest for 30 minutes then wash it out with cold water. Honey has both emollient and humectant properties making it a great hair moisturizer.
